Blue Pankcake

This blue pancakes was made without using any sweetener. We prefer to get the sweet taste from the fruits and some melted chocolate on top.


RECIPE of blue pancake

– 1 1/2 Cup rice flour
– 1/2 Cup of spelt flour
– 2 Cups of plantbased milk (I used soy milk)
– 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
– 1 Tbsp blue matcha
– Pinch of sea salt


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk them and set in the fridge for half an hour. Then use as a pancake batter. Assembly with your favourite sweet toppings.
