Blue matcha raw vegan cake

For the crust:

– 1 1/2 Cups of pitted dates
– 1 Cup of macadamias
– 1 Tsp of Salt

For the cheesecake layer:

– 1 1/4 Cups of cashews soaked in cold water overnight
– 120 ml canned coconut milk
– 2 Tsp vanilla extract
– 80 ml maple syrup
– Juice of one lemon
– Natural food coloring Blue Matcha 


– Line an 15×15 cm mold with parchment paper for easy removal
– add all the ingredients for the crust in a high-powered blender and pulverize until it comes together into a sort of sticky dough. Press the dough evenly along the bottom of the prepared mold
– Now mix all the ingredients for the cheesecake cream and pour it over the prepared crust
– let it stick in the fridge overnight and topped with dried flowers petals from our shop 💙
