Blue Matcha chia pudding and blueberry smoothie 💙

BLUE CHIA PUDDING:

 

Ingredients: 

– 1 tsp Blue matcha powder
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1/4 cup chia seeds

 

Direction:

Dissolve matcha powder into almond milk. Mix together chia seeds and almond milk. Stir every 5 minutes for the first 20 minutes to ensure the seeds absorb the liquid evenly. Place in fridge and continue to let the chia seeds fully absorb the liquid for at least 2 hours.

BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE:

Ingredients:

– 1 cup frozen blueberries
– 1 banana
– 1/4 cup almond milk

 

Directions: 

– Mix all ingredients in Mixer

– Pour it on top of blue matcha smoothie

– Use fresh blackberries as topping
