Blackberry and Pink pitaya bounty balls


– 1 1/2 cups of dessicated shredded coconut
– 1/4 Cup of agave
– 3 Tbsp coconut cream (softened)
– 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
– 2 Tbsp blackberry powder
– 2 Tbsp pink pitaya powder 
– Pinch of pink himalayan salt


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. You don’t need any machine just use a spoon or dip your hands. Set this mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile melt your favourite vegan dark chocolate. Add 1/4 cup of plantbased milk to 1/2 cup melted chocolate and mix well.
Take out the pink mixture from the freezer and shape them into small rounds. Set them in the freezer for 5 min. Then coat with melted chocolate mixture.

They taste so good, very fresh with a fruity taste and chocolate cravings. Enjoy!
